One lot passed three tests.
That is all the seal means.
Awarded per lot, on our data. Not a vendor rating, not for sale. Every seal carries a QR that opens the result it was earned on.The Vialidated seal is awarded to a single lot, on our criteria, from our data. It is not a vendor rating, not a subscription, and not for sale. Every seal carries a QR code that opens the result it was earned on.
Check a seal

The registry opens when the first results publish; no seals have been issued yet. The four examples show what each answer looks like.
Three tests. Four checks.Three tests. Four checks. All on the same lot.
Identity, purity and endotoxin are the three tests behind the seal; the core test also gives us the contents check for free. Each has a published method and limit. Miss one and the lot can still pass its vendor's spec — but it doesn't get the seal.
The microbial (PCR) screen and fentanyl are add-ons: reported when ordered, shown on the result, not part of the seal. The seal is awarded by the site when all four checks are met on a published result — no one approves it by hand. The three icons inside the seal are the three tests.
What the seal is not.
Most of the value of a mark is in what it refuses to mean.
- Not a vendor endorsement
- A vendor with twenty sealed lots can ship an unsealed twenty-first. The seal sits on the lot, and the vendor page shows the ratio.
- Not transferable
- One accession, one lot, one seal. Putting it on a different lot, a different product, or a website header is misuse, and the QR will say so.
- Not a safety or medical claim
- Three analytical tests on one vial. Nothing about whether anyone should use the contents.
- Not Preferred Partner
- Preferred Partner is a volume agreement — a commercial relationship, always labeled as one. It is a different mark, it looks different, and it never affects a result or a seal.
- Not permanent
- If a retest publishes a new version that fails a criterion, the seal is revoked and the QR shows the revocation. Both versions stay public.
Using the seal on your product
When a lot you submitted earns the seal, the artwork and QR are generated for that accession and appear in your vendor dashboard. The rules are short.
- Use the seal only on vials, cartons or listings for the exact lot it was awarded to, with the accession and QR intact and legible.
- Never on a different lot, a different product, or site-wide (headers, badges, "Vialidated vendor"). The vendor page is the only place a vendor-level summary appears, and we write it.
- Don't alter the artwork, colors or wording. Don't add "endotoxin free", "sterile" or "pharmaceutical grade" next to it.
- If the seal is revoked, remove it from live listings within 48 hours. Remaining physical labels on that lot are tolerated; new ones are not.
- You may link to the result, quote the numbers, and post a response under it. You may not reproduce the COA without the registry link.
Misuse revokes the seal for that lot and suspends new awards for the vendor; repeated misuse is noted on the vendor page. We'd rather never do this, and the QR makes it easy for buyers to catch. Report a seal you think is misused.
