Your customers are going to test it anyway.
Get there first.
Every lot you sell can carry a seal that resolves to its own mass spectrum, chromatogram and endotoxin result. Buyers scan it, see the data, and stop asking. Lots that don't make it are published too — which is exactly why the seal is worth something.

What a vendor account changes
Anyone can send us your product. A vendor account means you're in the conversation before your customers are.
Test before you ship
Submit a vial from each lot as it's released. Result in 3–5 days, or 24 hours express. Sealed lots go out with the seal already on them.
See it before the public does
Every result on a lot attributed to you — whoever submitted it — is emailed to you before it publishes. You can post a response that appears under the result, labeled as yours.
One page that says it all
A public vendor profile with every lot, your seal ratio, and your responses. Link to it from your store. We write it from the data; you can't edit the numbers, and neither can we.
Batch submission
Ship ten lots in one box. Each compound gets its own accession; the dashboard tracks them as a batch. Monthly invoicing on request.
Seal artwork and QR
Vector seal files per lot, generated on award. Print them on the vial, the carton, or the listing. The rules are short.
Domain-verified identity
We confirm your account by email at your store's domain before any lot is attributed to it. Nobody can claim your results, and you can't be impersonated.
The QR code is the product.
Your customer doesn't have to trust you, or us. They scan the vial in their hand and the lab data for that exact lot opens on their phone: the mass spectrum, the chromatogram, the endotoxin result, the date, the hash. No account, no search, no app. Fifteen seconds from doubt to data.
- 1 · ScanAny phone cameraThe QR is printed with the seal and the accession. Nothing to install.
- 2 · SeeThat lot, that dataThe page is the published result — not a summary, not a badge. Vendor named, version shown.
- 3 · DecideTheir call, on evidenceA buyer who verified once comes back. A seal that doesn't scan ends the conversation — which is why yours will.
When a lot earns the seal, download a print-ready 3.5 × 2 in card from the dashboard and drop it in every order. Seal, results, QR, short link. Vial sticker follows once we've sized it to the common vials.

Your dashboard shows scans per lot. The number your customers checked is a number you can quote.
What a vendor account does not change.
This is the part your customers will read.
- Results
- A vendor account has no effect on any number, any pass/fail, or any seal. The same instruments run the same method on every vial.
- Publication
- Every result on a lot attributed to you publishes — pass or fail — after you've had it by email. You can respond. You cannot delay, withdraw, or hide it.
- Independent buys
- We still buy your product anonymously, with our own money, and publish what arrives. A vendor account doesn't exempt you, and Preferred Partners are bought more often, not less.
- Vendor lot vs. submitted vial
- A result describes the vial we received. If you submit a hand-picked vial, that's noted as vendor-submitted, and customer and independent submissions of the same lot sit beside it.
Preferred Partner
A volume agreement: you commit to testing every lot you release, we commit to price and turnaround. It's a commercial relationship and it's labeled as one everywhere it appears — on your profile, in the registry filter, never on a vial.
| Per lot, core test | Lots / month | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vendor account | any | $250 | Dashboard, pre-publish email, response, batch shipping |
| Partner · tier 1 | [10+] | $[225] | Above, plus Partner label, monthly invoice, priority queue |
| Partner · tier 2 | [30+] | $[200] | Above, plus express at no charge on [2] lots/month |
| Partner · tier 3 | [100+] | quoted | Dedicated receiving day, API access to your results |
Add-ons priced as on the pricing page. The agreement requires every released lot be submitted; a Partner who skips lots loses the label, and the profile shows the gap. Bracketed figures are placeholders pending the volume terms decision.
How the two marks look side by side
Seal. Earned per lot, on the data. Round, blue, goes on the vial.
PARTNER
Partner. A volume agreement. Grey, rectangular, says what it is. Profile and filter only.
A Partner lot that fails is published like any other. A Partner with a bad seal ratio is a Partner with a bad seal ratio, in public.

Open a vendor account
Free. We verify your domain by email, then your dashboard is live and you can submit the first lot. Preferred Partner terms are a conversation after that.
- Tell us the company and the store domain.
- We send a verification link to an address at that domain.
- Your dashboard opens: submit lots, see pre-publish results, post responses, download seal artwork.
- Lots already in the registry under your name are linked to the account — including the ones you'd rather weren't.
Vialidate Labs does not sell peptides and is not affiliated with any vendor. Preferred Partner is a commercial volume agreement and is disclosed wherever it appears. No vendor relationship affects any result.
