Privacy

Vialidate Labs ([legal entity name], [address]) runs vialidate.com. This page says what we collect and what we do with it. We never sell or share your email or your lists.

What we collect

• Your email, and optionally your name and company, when you create an account, reserve or order a test, request a COA, subscribe, apply as a vendor, or contact us.
• The boxes you ticked: each email preference is stored with the exact wording you saw, the page, the time, your IP address and browser — so we can show what you agreed to.
• What you did on the site that matters to your account: sign-ups, orders, follows, votes, COA requests.
• Orders and results: the peptide, vendor and lot you tell us about, and the lab results for the vial you send.
• QR scans of a result page: time, browser type and country, with no account or name attached.

We do not collect health information, and our forms have no field for it. Please don't send it.

Cookies and analytics

We set one cookie when you sign in, to keep you signed in. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies. There are no advertising or third-party tracking pixels on this site.

Who processes it

The site and its database run on Cloudflare. Transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, results) is sent through Postmark. Spam checks use Cloudflare Turnstile. Payments, when the lab opens, will be handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

Results are public

Lab results are published with the vendor named. Individuals who send a vial are never named on a result. Pharmacy and clinic accounts may keep a result private; it is then never published.

Your choices

You can change your email preferences in your account at any time, or write to info@vialidate.com to see, correct or delete your personal data. [Retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights to be completed in legal review.]
